Responsible for: property maintenance, ensuring guest comfort and security; providing information on basic and additional services for the most pleasant stay.

Believes: that she found her happiness almost 20 years ago, when she fell in love with the Bonfires of San Juan , Spanish wine and the charismatic character of Andalusia.

Joined ‘Villa Marina’ team 4 years ago. Finds happy faces of guests enjoying their holidays the most rewarding aspects of her job. Loves to share her happiness with others and help people find joy.

Guest Relations Manager

Responsible for making the stay of the guests pleasant and comfortable and taking care that all the issues have been solved. Takes being a gracious host very seriously and does everything to make the guests feel taken care of, happy, comfortable and more at home.

With 15 years of Radisson Hotel experience, Eneli believes that the hospitalitybusiness is ‘guest facing’ and considers herself ‘a people person’.
